The answer IS Screw Attack, but the answer is not Super Metroid. In Super Metroid, you gain the Screw Attack as an item from after you defeat the Golden Torizo in Ridley. The ACTUAL answer was Metroid Prime. Metroid Prime was the ONLY game in the Metroid series to not have the Screw Attack as an obtainable item. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes is what introduced the Screw Attack again. So you only get 5 points eagle boy.

Oh yeah... damn. I should've remembered that. They said Prime couldn't incorporate the Screw Attack too well in a FPS...

Anyway, I believe this one is "Ice Rod," found near the eastern side of Lake Hylia in the Light World.

It is from "The Legend Of Zelda: A Link to the Past."

The other one is "Fire Rod," and it is found in the "Skeleton Forest" Dungeon (the third one in the Dark World), with Mothra as the Dungeon Guardian.
