And you make it seem as though you actually used the Ultimate Code. I guarantee you did not while I tried dozens of times on an NES that wouldn't even consitently play the game properly.

I bet you read it off some shirt or stupid website.

Just to be annoying and have nobody be able to possibly guess what I'm going for:

I don't believe it is street fighter 2. I know I have/had this game. I completely remember that code, it's like 'at the tip of my tongue'.

Did "2 people" have Street Fighter 2? No. Thousands of people had Street Fighter.

Trust me, with so many codes that would be the same combination of keys, it's not possible to guess. I will say what the code does in a google-proof manner.
