The rule has something to do with Molly and Ned and letters.
There is actually a concrete rule, not "there are no rules" or "make stuff up".
**You have to realize that I'm answering your questions based on the rule. Just because I say YES doesn't mean it's true.

Flypie's question was not yes/no, so technically I'm not supposed to answer it. However, if I did, then the answer to What's your favorite color? would be NO. This means the one rule has nothing to do with answering correctly.
