In fact, it often strikes me as quite ridiculous the way people whore for votes. I've lost track of the number of people who've given me a thumbs up -and- posted on my wall "Hey i gav u a thumbs up, will u give me 1 to"

I feel a little sad for people whose image is so sensitive that they need random strangers to give them arbitrary praise that has no actual meaning or clear guidelines for use.

As a service to the greater survival of the ID over the EGO, I'll save you all from yourselves, and remove the need for the silly posturing over who got the most meaningless attention from strangers.
