Mods could give people warning and if those that are dumb enough to not listen, they can recieve a punishment. Possible ban I assume. Besides, it's your profile and you can do w/e you want with it as long as you abide by the agreement when you register and other stuff that's logical. What could you put in your random thoughts that isn't appropiate besides a link to porn?
Also, I think "noobs" can make their font gigantic if they want. Who cares if they make their profiles looking homo. Making the font huge may look okay sometimes. If it become a problem for whatever reason, admins can always disable the bigger sizes.Removed a .gif image so your total signature size isn't well over 1MB. Keep this in mind for the future.

I'm liking this idea a lot. It'd be great for a more creative achievement on RT's, although like devonin said, it may pose a problem with the abuse of it and right now ffr doesn't have the correct function to edit random thoughts.
