Yeah it feels like the Crowdpleaser of 10s.
I can see it being left as a 10 honestly, but this discussion is worth having just because of how easy it is to luck a run on this file.
Comparing it to Yoshi's Cookie, I'd say it's actually easier to get good PA on this file with low speed. AAA and FCing is another matter entirely though (much like Crowdpleaser haha)

you're right. it is more to do w/ luck (for the sub D4 players anyways), than yoshi's would be for sub D2/3 players i'd recon

I've played the file maybe 50 times or so. I've faced it maybe 20 times and AAAd it once

I say its a high 9 with a dick-in-ass section
