As far as credit wise, Tass im sure is the only one who can replace them if the issue if found out not to be your fault.

LightDarkness Im sure is the admin in charge of all the profile features and nic nacs. So I dont think he can solve the issue as much as he wants to.

Devonin is a supermod, the most he can do is im sure is check transactions and stuff.

Your best bet right now imo is Tass or miraculously Synth, but more likely Tass. lol.

it happened to me also mega. i checked my 2 alts and they both have been wiped. 8.3 million on 1, and 4 on the other. luckily i nabbed SS yesterday just in case something like this happened

Well then I must have gotten hacked credits from 0. But I still should have 1 millio credits becuase he only gave me 2 million credits. So can I atleast have my 1 million back?

Yeah.....it simply doesn't seem right to take away all credits since it was found out some of them were hacked. Is there a way to distinguish between hacked credits and " authentic" credits people acquire? I'd really hope so, because I don't want to wake up one morning and have 2 million credits gone because I didn't know I was gambling against a hacker.
