So I was thinking about it today, and I think it would be better to make NEW wall comments appear at the BOTTOM, instead of on the top.

Yeah I know this is useless really, but seriously, WTF? Why do knew ones get placed on top anyways? How would you like it if new forum posts were placed first, and... old...er... oh wait that's how it is for some WEIRD people...

And by weird I mean REALLY weird! Who the hell likes to read the newest post first! Dunno about you, but when I'm reading a book, I'd rather NOT read from the bottom of the page and go upwards.

Change the order of wall comments! Enable fun sequencial comments for us all!

New ones are placed on top because that is how wall comments work on pretty much every site in existence. MySpace, Facebook, Youtube, Rithum.

The reason why the forums but the latest post at the end is because you are supposed to read the posts in order. On a comment-like page, there is no flow order, so the most recent comment goes on top. How would you like it if you had to scroll to your last page of wall comments just to see what someone posted?

You wouldn't have to scroll to the last page. Older comments would go out from the top, instead of the bottom. You wouldn't have to scroll ANYWHERE except to the bottom of the FFR profile, which you gotta do in most cases anyways due to Random Thoughts and Profile Chat, so I don't see how THIS fact makes any difference.

I guess if people prefer reading upwards when people have conversations through wall comments, nothing can be done. I just prefer after sending multiple posts to someone, if I'm reading them over, I can do it from top to bottom. Thought some other people would like it too. >.>

And yeah I don't see how someone can "rape" an opinion-based thread providing a suggestion. OK, most other sites are like that, fine. Doesn't mean everyone likes it.

I'll just put it this way: Some people like chatting through their walls. How would you like it if Profile Chat messages appeared from the top instead of the bottom?

Stopped reading the thread after the fourth post, but I would rather the new comments on top. Assuming you don't leave your profile unattended for five million days, you get to the newer possibly more important stuff first.

Unless you delete your wall comments after reading, which you should try. Organizes much better.
