I remember Synthlight himself saying something just like this a while back.

Although, I do support exclusive content.

I think synth said he was against making subscriber only tokens. Not only that, but it would take quite a bit of work to mod the current token system.

As to the OP, it's generally been the policy of the site in my recollection that in terms of songs, there was a stated intention to never have songs that were flat-out unavailable to people simply on the basis of their subscriber status.

Subbie only songs have been denied in the past, and subbie-only tokens that give access to subbie-only songs sounds like the same thing to me.

Then why don't we give the opportunity for subscribers to pick locations for tokens? They'd have to PM the admins though, because they don't want to blab to the other subbies.
