Anyways, I was loading a song, was practicing various patterns with the arrow keys while waiting, really fast ones, and this popped up.

I wanna know what purpose this secret code exists for.

Yeah, that was used a LONG time ago, and was planned to be used for contests, and the first one was for the players to type in a code, and it would take them to Flight of the Bumble Bee, and whoever got the best score won. I dont think it is used any more, but it may be used again sometime soon

I think it was the Home key that started the Secret Code.

a while back synth had a contest on the new level "Flight of the Bumble Bee", you pressed the "home" key, and entered "fotbb" in the box, then hit a little X, well.. .that X is gone, therefore no way to enter a code. Maybe synth will encorperate it later, but i beilve it has no use currently!

i think an alternate method is to hit the alternate button (as in the alt button) and the f4 button at the same time

yeah that worked well for me, and i got a song that i never have ever seen on FFR. its a miracle!
