      Seems to me that that would be tricky.

      What if they signed up for a forum game in the Subscriber forum? (IDK, are there any)
      Then halfway through the game could no longer access the Sub Forum.

      Mailbox... their storage increases... then it goes back to normal (right?)
      they could lose messages that they had really hoped to save.

      If you like FFR so much, then buck up and support it!

              this was suggested before, somewhere.... and while it seems decent as an idea, after a short discussion, it seemed clear that it was be heavily abused.

              not to mention, subbies are really meant more to support the site than anything else... we just try to give as much back to those people as possible for their support.

                  A month might be too much...I'd say like 3 days for a trial? And you can only have one opportunity to use your trial subscription per account.

                  Although, I could see people abusing this and creating alts like crazy just to continuously have a 'subscription'.

                  On second thought, this isn't such a good idea.

                      Couldn't it be worked out to only allow once per IP? At least that will stop 95% of people trying to make alts to abuse it
