MP level says no. My mp level is not at all commensurate with my skill, because my system lags terribly any time I play MP. Songs I can FC 95 times out of 100, I'll get 70 and 80 max combo, and a dozen misses.

Also, I find the general community of MP to be rude, full of idiots who make an excuse every time they lose, and brag every time they win, so I just don't like to go there. It's like not wanting to whore low difficulty off-sync old songs, but with jerks.

I do agree that Average Rank by no means a perfect scale of skill. I however strongly believe it is a much better indication of skill than grand total points. (Lumpho and Rubix are prime examples of this)

Er...you said "I think the stats don't tell you anything, but I like stats anyway" What was there to say to that except "Um...ok then"? It didn't raise a point to address, being just a statement of opinion.
