IMO, the best thing to do is just to bore him out. Regardless of how many times he gets banned, he'll just move on to a different screen name, a different number pattern, etc. Trust me, I've seen the same thing happen on youtube. I dealt with a spammer group that simply changed themes. Anyways, ignoring the person is probably the best course of action.

As much as it seems easier and less stressful to just keep banning the person and to make accounts and block him from spamming, it's more effort than it's worth. Don't bother. Just pretend like the guy isn't there.

Well, you did say he'll TRY. As long as nobody makes it obvious that he's getting on people's nerves then he'll get bored of the lack of response against him.

I think GamerShadow made that one since he started saying to make new ones to piss the real CL off. It won't be easy to ignore him and if others make other chatlaggers it may cause two events: It may make him leave FFR because he'll be sick of people mocking him or this'll make him even madder and do something bad in the forums.

The guy has been banned multiple times under different screen names. If you want proof of that, search profiles ChatLagger through ChatLagger20. All of these are banned.
