He's not coming clean. He's pretending that, while he cheated in the past, this particular occasion isn't cheating.

And the possibility of a computer error reversing two numbers is impossible. This means that 8 bits out of 21 got flipped while being sent over the internet or processed:

100010011011111010000
became
100100000101011000000

which is absolutely rediculous seeing as only one out of billions and billions of bits sent are flipped now a days, and these are almost always picked up by a checksum.

What's even less likely is that between the time where some other song was clicked and was able to load, he was able to transport himself over to click this song which happened to have a total arrow value exactly one 'typo'd' number difference in score in the tens of thousands range.

Like Tass said, there is no chance. Absolutely none, that he did not try to send a packet, mixed up the numbers typing in his "achievement" and showed the world that, no, 7thJosephSign has not changed, he is still cheating, and no one cares.

I would wipe all his scores and give him another chance to change, but maybe I'm too generous and he should be wiped and black-listed.

Okay, a couple things are really bugging me. A couple weeks ago, Joseph made a thread asking how to get the black background FFR. To use the trainer you need this link (I haven't used it, just know how it works). So it's easily possible after someone told him, he entered the link into the trainer, but, the trainer tells you how to find this link so why would he have gone to so much trouble to find the link? Also, how would he not know how to find this link if he hacked scores in the past. From this, it doesn't look like he did use the trainer. Only conclusion I have come to is that his past cheating was not using a trainer but simply abusing bugs. I really don't know if he used a trainer this time.

BUT, In another thread about SoLar BeAm of something like that, the link to the trainer was posted very recently (later removed), so the timing is quite convenient for him to be cheating. From this it is very likely he used or "tried out" the trainer.

I'm not taking a position but I just say delete this score, let him be, but ban him if he gets more of these scores very soon, or suddenly becomes godly at the game.

Also, just an idea that probably won't happen. One of the mods/admins should download the FFR trainer and edit the code so when someone types in a score, it automatically makes a 1 digit a 2 or something like that.

Then they pose as a noob and post a link to the new trainer, and are later banned to look like the issue was taken care of. People who use this trainer will have higher scores even if they type in the AAA score, and will be exposed.

I don't know what had happen when i got this score, but people do change. You never know maybe there are some people here that used to cheat and then change their ways and got to be a great player. I myself chose that path to be as great as darkshark, shashakiro, tasslefoot, etc. I have improved my Stepmania scores and my FFR scores and i plan to make more progress. I am now even working harder learning how to play with 4 fingers because most of the top players play with 4 fingers. And everyday i try to get used to playing with 4 fingers(which is still hard to get used to) and make improvement of myself. If i cheated i would have not make this a big deal. However i never would regret making this thread because i did what i can to report this glitch on my score and because i have express how I consider myself changed throughout the year.

By the way behanjc the reason i wanted to know the black background website is because i love the color black, just look at my profile.

If you cheated in the first place your scores should be wiped. No I dont think you should be BL'd but I do think they should be wiped.
