If you look up at all of the things you can click (Profiles, Statistics, Simfile DB, etc.) at the top of the page, you'll see that the reflection of IIR says Ranking or something along those lines (can't make it out)...

Yeah, I was wondering about that too. Not really a glitch. It had to have been done on purpose.

Yes, your right, if you think about it.IIR leads to independant ranking so thats it.
