Account isn't normal

I can't put my gender.... It used to have it as male now it says no gender..I've had this before causing me to make this account which most likely also means nobody can add me and I can add them...please help this frustrates me.

Okay I logged out and it returned to normal. what could've made this appear then dissappear..

Said all cookies cleared and was returned to normal.
