I was thinking why not put triple and quad steps in some of the new FFR songs? Instead of just single and doubles. People have more than 2 fingures.

The tendency would be to whore them. No offence to anyone, but we don't need inexperienced simfile authors sticking hands everywhere >_<

Tri and quad jumps are a no. As for freeze arrows.........they wouldn't bother me as long as they don't release them till they are perfectly coded that way we don't get a glitchy mess.

Lack of freezes encourage people to put BS notes in after long ones. Take Rose, for example. Freezes yes, hands and Quads no.

ehhh, i think they should keep ffr how it is now.
but for 3rd style freezes would be alright
and just play SM for quads

Freezes are a no-no, that kind ruins the ffr "feel."

Triples and quads are allowed where deemed appropriate, but more than likely Tass will not approve of the song until removed.

What are you talking about? I'd love FFR with freezes.

I have a vision of what FFR freezes should look like. I just don't know how to get it onto an image.

I agree with iPatch, FFR's lack of freeze arrows is a big reason why I greatly prefer FFR over SM. FFR should remain the same.

I'd be 100% against the inclusion of freeze in R1.

As for hands...meh. I've actually played a couple songs with them in FFR (yay testing songs), and barely even noticed they were there. They rarely ever fit properly in a file, though, and that plus the fact that a decent number of people can't register them means they probably won't be showing up in any FFR songs.

Although even if your keyboard can't register then, you can still mini-roll and hit them (even PA them). Did that when I played O2jam, which is full of triples everywhere, most of which my KB couldn't do.

Triple and Quad I still think is a good idea. If your computer can't handle it then don't play it? I know theres some songs that my computer can't handle and I can truthfuly say I can sleep at night without having nightmares of the unplayable FFR song.

As for Freeze, all the power to it! Freeze sounds like a great idea.
