Simfile Warehouse Suggestion

I've noticed that with some of the stepfiles i've downloaded, they had too much steps for DANCE, but just enough steps for PUMP (You get to choose between DANCE or PUMP in Select Game).

So I thought, maybe there could be another option, for uploading sims that are more for Solo or PUMP, rather than regular DANCE. How does that sound?

I'm afriad i'm not familiar with "DANCE" and "PUMP" (I don't play much SM anymore). Care to explain a bit more?

SM can function not only as a DDR simulator, but also a solo DDR (6 panel'd DDR) and PUMP (Pump it up; 5 panel'd dance game; kinda like DDR) and there are even addons for SM that allow it to simulate Pop'n Music or Beatmania.

However, most stepfile artists don't make steps specifically for those other playmodes.

Anyway, doesn't SM autogen steps based on the DANCE steps?

Possibly. I'm not sure about that. I'm not like a computer genious =P

.. if you just select Pump you can play whatever song and it autogen's steps.
