Disabled Account?

I have been trying to get onto my name for FFR and it says to contact an administrator because my account was disabled? i didnt do anything for it to get banned i just when i sign on after 5 mins of not playing and i wasnt logged in and when i tried to log in it said what i said above...can anyone help me out?
