There needs to be a spam filter. I just got uber-spammed by somebody joining as an observer, and I do say it is rather not so great. Banning won't solve the problem, they can make new accounts. In summary, there needs to be a spam filter.

Are you suggesting like a limit of how many times per minute someone can send a message (kinda like AIM)?

1. Spam as in Hormel's wonderful spiced ham product.
2. Yes, I would suggest limiting messages per minute. But, it only needs to be for observers.
