BPM changes

I know this has probably already been suggested, but on the slim chance it hasn't: add BPM changes. That would bring so many more possibilities for people who make the stuff. Or even just BPM freezes (no idea what to call the).

there are bpm changes, but FFR uses a C### mod. i think its C300.

it feels alot like c200, which i like to play (or c400 if its fullscreen) it would be nice though to have the arrow speed modifiers (2x 3x 5x) so you can tailor the speed of the arrows to the song bpm
