Unfortunately the underground artists don't create music that lends themselves well enough to steps as some of the professional songs. I've tried making FFR friendly songs, but I just don't have the talent to do it.

So, if you won't use any songs without permission, why are you allowing the FFR simfile database to breath?

what I don't understand is if something like the simfile database is allowed, what about taking songs straight from stepmania or Dance With Intensity that are NOT benami songs but have definately shown themselves to be very well made stepfiles of varying difficulty levels.. technically it seems that since the website already does offer the download of music, and its transfer, then there should not be a big difference... maybe I'll look into this more
