FFR won't load at all on my laptop

Yet it loads on my phone. Its like my browser doesn't try to load and it says the page can't be found. I cleared all caches, everything about my internet connection is fine, and I'm getting kinda upset. Anything else I can do? This is much appreciated.

Every browser won't load it. also flash is updated.

Ok so it loaded on my laptop FOR NOW. This has happened once, but it dropped after like 2 minutes.
