    btw, lol
Actually the Cherry MX Brown (and Red, but those are rare) require the least amount of force to actuate: 45grams. Cherry MX Blue requires 50grams of force.

Which kind of switches were they? It all depends on the switches

Oh really? Oh, I got that wrong. I'd still say they're better for SM/FFR because they have the balance between force needed to push and clickiness, the orgasmic click when using Cherry MX Blue switches helps me get better MA for some reason. The reason why I don't like the Cherry MX Brown or Red switches is that they're not clicky, it makes it uncomfortable for me for some odd reason.

I really am looking for mechanical keyboards, but I can't decide between Cherry MX Blue, Black and Brown. Yes, I know all the little differences but I don't know what I want. =( Figure I'll end up settling with Blue since it's a good standard.

I decided against black because I wanted to try the tactile feel that you will only find in mech keyboards. Took brown over blue because I wanted the easiest to press keys, also I didn't desire the noise (don't want to piss off possible future roommates).

I guess the clicky sound helps with FFR though, but I didn't take that into consideration as I bought it for StarCraft II rather than for FFR.

I just grabbed the Razer Blackwidow since I was in bestbuy I think, saw it and decided to give it a shot since people talked about mechanicals being good. It has cherry mx blue iirc, but like I said its not a bad keyboard, just only benefited me in the MA game, I just prefer my laptop keys/slim keyboards for playing in general since I mainly play the harder stuff rather than MA.

I'm starting to lean towards Brown since I'm really only considering the ease of typing (weight required + smoothness of typing). Anyone have experience with Das Keyboard Model S? The professional and ultimate models use Blues while the "Silent" (quieter) model uses Brown. Around the same price as the OP keyboard.

It's funny cause that's the same kb I used for my TOML sdp score and my speed was actually the same lol. Do the flat ones increase your speed or do they stay the same?

What kinda switches do you have? If they're Cherry MX Blue, then you just proved my point.

Hey, way to read my post, dumbass. I said nothing about the pressure required. I said that they weren't any good for jacking since the key press is registered half way through the press instead of 100% through the press, which is true for every cherryMX switch.

I always have problems jacking due to not lifting my fingers past half and missing a tap. I guess it's not as much of a problem for others as I thought it'd be.

"Oh, just my cock." Replied Foil.
"That just will not do." was keywii's response as she lunged for the scissors, pulled the blades apart, and clamped them down on the base of foil's shaft. Blood start gushing out of the wound where his penis used to be.
                      "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Yelled Foil in horror.
"Don't worry. I'm a wizard" uttered Keywii. And with that, Foil's penis grew back.

I love my ergonomic actually. They keys suck and it doesn't register all the time (kinda old KB), but with straight keyboards my wrists get cramps and achy because it bends them at a weird angle. With ergonomic it has a curve so while it sucks for just about everything, I don't get arthritis. :3

ah, I see what you mean now, my bad bruh. I actually think it's better that way since it prevents missing taps for me, therefore making jacks better for me to hit.
