i was experiencing it today. i shouldve been aaa'ing these certain easy songs all the time, but i kept getting these single goods out of nowhere. really annoying..

Frustration. In that case, every good thing has a bad side as well, of course.
But I agree, the most annoying thing in existence IS a blackflag.

I found that when I get frustrated with a song I do worse and worse so I take a break and play a different song.

That's true, I usually don't try more than twice because I start getting stressed out.

There are a lot of them that I black flag (or have black flagged and later AAA'd).

It can be a bit disappointing to get a black flag or perhaps two or three goods and the rest perfects, or perhaps all perfects and one or two boos or such which otherwise ruin a perfectly good AAA.

I wouldn't say I ever get angry about it. If it's making you angry you really need to rest and do something else for a while because relax. It's just a video game, man.

I know if I black flag something and keep trying it again and again I'm probably just going to do worse on it although not always. Just play other songs or give FFR a break for a while. Go play other game(s) or do something more productive.

There is no need to break things because of anger issues due to poor (or less than you expected) performance in video games (or any games really). Just calm down and don't take it so seriously. You'll get it sooner or later and if not, then oh well.

Don't feel bad - I've been playing this game for a year and I still can't even AAA beyond For Beginners. I can FC up to Very Difficult though.

Just play really hard songs you know you have no chance of AAAing and so you wont get mad like me. I have like 120 AAA's and ive AAAed VC's before so I could have more.

About a month ago, i could JUST FC vertex beta with like many boos, and goods. like 30 goods..

Now i AAAd Vertex beta for the first time, and its all cuz i practiced on harder songs. it made everything lower seem like a piece of pie.

What I have figured on my quest to AAA songs is that when i have autofail on and i get a random boo or good or something as soon as it kicks me out,my self esteem goes down.

So I try again and again and it just keeps getting lower....then i move to a different song of the same difficulty and AAA it then it goes back up haha.
