I've almost always played spread using left down arrows and 8, 6 on num pad but I've been playing with the same pattern except for S and D key instead of arrows for about 1 week now and I like it better. I would always be all stuck up on my little desk crawled on the right of my huge keyboard (Logitech G15, the goold old one not the orange one).

I use arrow keys, which until I read the topic I though the majority of people used them...

I have 3 different setups.

ASKL for PAing songs
HJ/* for comboing songs
RTYU for songs with lots of trills (Index them easier)

**Btw the /* are on the numpad.

Never mind, I'm playing KL86 now, much more comfortable. I think I'll stick to that.

I now play FFR like this...

Q = left middle
W = left index
O = right index
P = right middle

But..I also have

A = up arrow
and
; = down arrow

I slide my right middle finger down to ; so I can do left/right index trills one handed (as I suck at 2 handed trills), and I move my left middle finger down to A so I can do up/down trills one handed. Is this considered cheating in any way? I just can't PA 2 handed trills at all...thanks.
