I can tell whether it would be a marv in judge 6 or so just by playing. 7 or above is too fine-tuned for most human discrepancies so I don't bother with it.

I know some people are perfectionists but judge 7 is just a bit overkill. Five is good, maybe six. Seven is just a waste of time.

Why do you care if arch puts EXTRA work in to make a song sync'ed well?
He's doing it because he wants to, stop telling him he's wrong. If he didn't want to sync on judge 7, he wouldn't. He knows that he could get very good sync'ing on easier judge difficulties, he knows it better than most of the people posting in this thread.

I for one applaud your efforts arch, you bring a more enjoyable playing experience to us all.

That was stupid. I don't have PERFECT timing, but I do have good enough timing to tell when a song is offsync on judge 7 and when it isn't. When I can SDP max300 IIDX heavy on my first try on judge 4 is when it's synced correctly.

You missed the point. Those were the perfect gaps, and if you went totally by beat it would be about 40-100 ms before that. 2 extra gap is alot, so 40-100 is WAYYYYYYYYYY off.
