No i dont play on vista, and yea i know vista pwnts ffr, i d c what anyone says, i used to play on it.

I was simply making a joke that your avatar looks as if it fits the mood of your OP being sad. And vista does not "pwnts frr" it just simply uses more resources and therefore what may be fast on XP is not fast on Vista. This goes for pretty much any OS out there.

All you need is some inspiration. Go watch some videos of people playing and perhaps you will get inspired. Practice is the key and if you can't AAA any songs, just do a normal song and work on your PA. I really don't know what to tell you. I play one-hand and I get critisized all the time; just don't let it bother you. Prove them all wrong and mainly prove it to yourself. Sometimes taking a long break such as a couple weeks from playing can help. Relax man, everyone runs into wall; just find a way over it. Good luck to you.

I had use my mouse to AAA excite bike lol. I couldn't do it with a keyboard, Vista ftw. Yeah I sucks =[

Anyway @OP

-You don't need inspiration.
-You don't need a happy go lucky attitude.
-The last thing you need is more practice.

What you need to do is to take a month off from FFR and I mean a serious month off, don't touch SM either. You've probably developed a nice batch of bad muscle memory and mental blocks and the more you continue to agonize over them the worse they're going to become. Taking a break will hopefully clear out most of the junk in your brain, if it doesn't, well at some point every player has to accept it when they just can't improve anymore.

Well we all have heard the usual answers to help you get better, but here are some answers that will help you if you really have the dedication.

1. Improve your computer. Even the smallest amount of lag will kill your scores. A good amount of RAM and a good processor will help your computer run smoothly. Pay for the fastest internet connection in your area. A Killer NIC card will cut down on that nasty lag that ruins AAAs.

2. Play the piano. It will teach you timing, rhythm, and it will make your fingers nimble. In fact, play every instrument you can get your hands on.

3. Work Out. Lift weights every day. Quick Fingers start with the muscles. Improving arm strength will help all the way down into the fingers. When you can't lift weights, find something that will help exercise the hands and fingers.

4. Become a hermit. Never go outside unless you are playing FFR or doing one of the above activities. Do this at least until you can full combo every song. With your new killer computer and internet, you will be able to load every song within no time.

Do all of this and I guarantee you will become the greatest FFR player to ever walk this earth. You can mope around in forum threads or you make youself the greatest FFR'er that ever lived.
