Really? I was under the impression that 2-handed 2-fingered play is spread, regardless of where your fingers are.... in fact, I am almost positive this is the definition. If it's not, please let me know the name of the playing style I just described so I won't get it wrong again in the future.

My opinion is that there is no set way to play FFR so you can't judge someone based on playing style.

Well i started out one handed and got decent at it, but not that good though. lthough since switching to spread a month ago ive gotten alot better and am still showing improvement. so i say two handed is the way to go but its your decision.

I play with two hands and one on occasion but two is easier and i have the most respect for the people who play one handed.

People who play with two are Great.

I can do either or, but I gotta say that two handed is easier...quite frankly my ADD makes it hard for me to stay with one style through an entire song...so Ill usually switch between left, right, and 2 handed depending on the difficulty of the parts...So basically what Im getting at is that 2 handers prolly have a better attention span than me. :P

All the way up untill September of last year I played 2 hands on the arrow keys on a laptop and I sucked until I got a REAL keybored on my laptop, used down, right, 8, 6 and got better FAST.
I should of played one handed before I broke my arrow keys on my laptop. Probley would have done better. heh

I switched to spread a few months back and I love it! It's SO much better than one handed. My skill has gone up drastically since I made the change.
