well when you go into the chat you are not made to look at peoples web cams, agreed that this isnt supposed to be happening anyway, if you were too come across this then its because you wanted to see what there cam was looking at, and curiosity killed the cat... but i would like to know the name of the persons private part that is so i can handle this appropriately....
