A couple of people have mentioned MAX Forever, I will mention it as well..... the nice thing about it is that it's fairly easy, and a full combo yields over 4 million points (assuming your PA is decent, which is very easy on that song). Sure, you may be "wasting" points on the credit cap, but it's also a way to get your grand total up. Perhaps not the most time efficient way, but certainly the most game efficient way, for now, anyway.

Actually, as far as game efficient goes, Pants and the new final fantasy song give you more points per game than max forever if you can fc them. Also, there are a bunch of songs shorter than max forever that give you 40 credits per game and aren't as long, although they don't give quite as many points, and I highly recommend playing a whole bunch of songs rather than just playing max forever over and over. If you care about grand total more than credits and can't fc pants or final fantasy then max forever is a good choice, but if you're really good then final fantasy is the best choice grand total-wise per game. You lose a ton of credits fcing those songs with the cap (over half). I think the best choices for getting credits fast are EHHS, Hellbeat v2, and Wish (the beginning part), they're not too fast and can be comboed pretty consistently for how many arrows there are. The first part of Vertex Beta vRofl is the fastest way to gain credits if you can combo the hands, just set autofail to 1 miss and go from there.
