That's wierd... Cuz I play a lot in Ubuntu w/ firefox, and I don't get any lag at all, opposed to playing with windows 98 and whatever version of IE it gets...

Have you got a good connection?

are you playing in Firefox? if so, try playing in IE. for some reason, i can't play ANYTHING flash related in Firefox... i get 1-2 seconds of lag every 30-60 seconds. playing ffr, watching videos, other games... gotta do it all in IE.

Tass, I diagnosed your problem, the results? Your computer sucks nuts. Firefox runs just fine, whether on a tower or laptop. As long as you have a decent set of specs on your comp then you'll do just fine. IE has to be the worst browser known to man. It lets any and all types of viruses/spyware/adware onto your computer. You have to install all these 3rd party programs just to make IE safe. I would contribute that as a factor in your computer being total **** as well. In close, Firefox is placeholder as the best browser to come to net viewers. Sorry but it's true. DOWN WITH INTERNET EXPLODER!

I hate to start a browser war, but if IE runs everything fine on his computer and Firefox doesn't, then it sounds like Firefox sucks nutz, not Tass's computer.

Oh, calling me out? I knew exactly what you were talking about, but since you can't manage to construct a sentence that successfully conveys your message, I chose to interpret it the way I did.

I don't think saying ROFL twice constitutes 'using it too much'. You need to kick back TD_m0nster. It's just an acronym. I thought his poor attempt at communication was incredibly funny, I'm not going to lie, and the second ROFL was directed at delossantosj's spelling of the word 'while', which he butchered and mutilated into the word 'wi'll'. Tell me that's not ridiculously funny. (And of course you will, because you want to be a jerk.)

By the way, I use Firefox, and everything works perfectly fine. So, it's probably not Firefox, it's probably your actual internet connection. I bet you're losing packets here and there.

I get the same deal on my computer upstairs man. My suggestion is to try what Tasselfoot said, or something of that nature. Try closing down virtually everything you can except for your internet browser, and put the game on low quality. See what happens then.
