I've been wondering how you guys AAA aswell. I can't get over the metal break. However I did do Exite Bike. I'm working on the mario one =D and I'm failing =D.

However I can FC fairly Ok songs like Anubis.

hmm im pretty sure most of it comes from LOTS of practice. If people play SM or DDR, they will be good at FFR.
