Ya rebirth, that's what I heard from a lot of my SM friends, index for FFR and spread for SM. I just spread both because my PA is terrible either way on FFR :P

i use 18c\ spread using both of my pinky fingers and thumbs. unless it's really fast stream, then i just my wrists on the arrow keys

Right hand on 86 num pad.
