most people just think that because I'm not bad, I play it 24/7, nonstop. Instead of people being like ooooooo you're so coool, they say "dude you need a life" and then walk away with about a third as much respect for me as they did two seconds ago.

But then again, I only tried it once in public

I get mostly compliments from people and barely any insults. People are just jealous if they insult you.

I play in the computer lab at school sometimes. Nobody's ever said anything to me directly, but I did overhear 2 girls on the computers behind me say something like:

Girl 1:"did you see that kid in front of you? he's playing like a DDR game with his fingers"
Girl 2:"omg, how lame."
Girl 1:"haha! i know right?"
*snickers*

They probably didn't think I could hear them because I had headphones on lmao
