Only if they reveal it to a public area on the site. Like MP Chat, or Unified Chat, or the forums. If it is outside of the site, or on another website, then they cannot get in any trouble for it. Try reading what synth said. It will lead to a site wide name and IP ban.

Meh, I think it's worth having. I have a problem where I can't stand knowing that there is a song out there that I can get to, but don't have. Therefore I go get it. ^_^ I liked the song anyway.
