im not sure if i can help someone around your age range(16+ right?)
If you like a girl, try to be her friend and be nice to her(duh)
unless she does want you to treat her like crap, get a friend to find that out(a friend that hasnt had a bad encounter with her). plus, dont be around her whenever you can, sometimes you go to her, let her come to you too. =/
