It's not really worth quitting over unless you actually have carpal tunnel. As others have said, just give it a break and see what happens. Sucks, though. That would be awful to have to explain.

I don't have a problem like that with FFR, but while playing Guitar Hero yesterday, my wrist started hurting, and it was my second time playing. Maybe I'm just not doing it right.

What might help is just changing the positioning of your hands in a more relaxed way, so it doesn't put as much stress on your wrists. They could just be at a bad angle while you're playing.

GM's? You realize GM stands for General Motors right? You don't plural GM. Besides is AM General that makes Hummers, GM just supervises. And they already sold out the HUGE H1 and H2 for the H3, that ridiculously small awkward looking hummer. I hate driving those things. If your gonna sue a car company though, might as well sue Ford. Ford sucks. (except the F-150 in some cases) Enough said.

yeah i was thinking of starting to rest my arms on a pillow so my wrists are elevated off the laptop, they're in kind of an awkward position now. and its not the temporary pain im worried about, carpal tunnel is a chronic injury so it happens after a while. that's why i think quitting for just a few days won't do much.

it's prolly just the way you play luna. Maybe you have your wrist up too high when you play and you just need to rest it on the keyboard or computer desk or something. And also to Eurostud, lol i just got guitar hero for christmas and continuous doubles that are split up like yellow and blue hurts your wrists like crap lol.

Just an update.. got x-rayed yesterday, going to the doctor for a diagnosis on Monday. Pretty much done FFR forever though, maybe one game here and there to show off to my friends.

Edit: I know why, because I thought in my head General Motors. Force of habit made me put the apostrophe for contractions. That was the typo really.

Damn, that sucks. My suggestion would be to get some wrist bands and play with those. They helped me alot when my wrists started to hurt, but then again that was because of my play style.
