Can we do the first round with no seeding? I would do it by havingeveryone submit their score to whatever song, the top 32 people make it and then determine seeding by the scores there (with of course people like Shash getting auto 1st seed since we know he won't try on the first few rounds anyways).

That is just the order that people signed up. It has nothing to do with the seeding.

Split it into advanced, expert, and beginner just like the official one.

If people keep joining at this rate, then I don't see a problem with expanding to 96 players and three divisions.

You could also do 80, 32 in beginner and advanced, and 16 in expert. It's more likely we will get 16 experts than 32 (are there 32 experts?).

I think that sounds better. Later tonight I will be PMing a bunch of people from the Top Player List asking them to join. That would get a lot of expert spots filled in.
