        Just get a new ISP if you're THAT upset about the IP ban. Other than that, you're just going to have to wait it out...

                someone does something stupid on your IP that is bad enough to get them banned from chat... deal with it. very unlikely that it's getting unbanned in teh near future. and the more you bitch about it, the less likely we are to do something about it. nobody likes whiners.
