I use Alpha Helix to help me "train" to use one hand. Burnout works too, in the beggining, but after that I use both hands.

I've never used anything but three fingers one hand. Everything else feels unnatural to me.

And I can beat most FFR songs... the only ones I have yet to beat are OMW, Silence, Revolutionary Etude, and AIM Anthem because I haven't even bought it yet

I can beat anything on FFR one handed... but I'm a hell of a lot better with two. Doesn't mean other people aren't still better then me (using two) with one hand though.

I can do WELL on all ffr songs one handed... And almost anything is passable one handed including stuff like gabber

Pass gabber one hand?! Okay... o_O. Note: I only played Jello's Gabber, so unless there's another gabber out there, which is likely, never tried anything outside that.

I always beat it one handed.....FFR that is. Naw seriously though, compared to alot of these guys u have heard from and alot u havent i am considered a noob, but i am pretty good with 1 hand/ 3 fingers. I am not braggin or anything like that but check out my stats below. and yes i can "complete" every song....and on diff/Chall i usually Full Combo all. and TRAISON whichever method u choose u still have to play ALOT to get better. Actually being able to see them and react in time with one hand is hard for me, but I can do every song with my index's no prob.

Afro, one can get a decent score one-handed solely through mashing in FFR... like top 100 in most any song. Minute Waltz probably being the only exception. Whoever said they practice one-handed on alpha helix, I should one finger on it, and its rather easy / fun I bet. Go try it.

Edit: Just tried one finger on Alpha helix.. full comboed except the last note cuz its a jump and I wasn't expecting it and didn't slide in time. So change that I would dick around on alpha helix to I'll dick around on BTC

If you can beat all songs on R2 with one-handed, you are a decent player.

Beating all songs on R1 doesn't mean anything about the skill.

Your playing style should be whatever comes naturally. Hell, up until June of last year I didn't even know there were playing styles other than index.
