No, the new round has just started. There are 6 players in each division. Only 3 players will move onto the next round. The people in red/below the line need to improve there scores in order to continue having a chance.

he wasn't in the updated list of people who submitted a tiebreaker. unless he did the stupid thing and pm'ed the score. can we get a ruling on that ILY?

EDIT: Nevermind, now i see what happened. I forgot that I started the tiebreaker round early, so then Nu0n updated correctly.
