Yes, full blanket permission was given. (back in '08-'09 iirc)

Edit: Full means full, you can step any and all Ronald Jenkees works. As for the collab you need STS9 permission.

I'm going to step more from him then. Is there any restriction as far as newer stuff goes, or is it all fair game still? I want to know about that first video as well. As a collab do we need permission from STS9 as well?
