That's the usual thing, and the reason why we have so many indie bands and small indie labels represented on the site. The big huge companies are usually pretty hesitant about giving permission to do anything for free which they could traditionally charge royalties for.

Small enough bands to be unsigned can give permission, small enough labels like to give permission because they want the exposure for themselves as much as the band wants it for THEMselves.

But not a lot of bands seem to actually retain the rights to their own music when they sign onto big labels.

If there are no last minute "HOLY **** CHANGE THIS NAO" objections, I'm sending it out. We'll see if BG kept their rights.

( As I Lay Dying... there is a widjet.. but the steps are kinda boring and stuff... any way we can have more song.. and more difficult + added to the database...that would be awesome.. like BLOODDRUNK ... the best addon to the database in the last 6 months..at least.. cause its a good song from children of bodom.. good steps and is actually in the game.. not a crappy widjet that we cant even play reverse with speedmods.. ? ) any chance to have more good stepped,difficult songs from as i lay dying?

Well, it's not like you have to pay to play the public songs, and if I'm not mistaken, every song is made public eventually, yes?

I REALLY doubt people are going to be subscribing in droves to play Blind Guardian steps, if they say yes.
