Its more applicable towards BMS players, as some patterns become too nonsense to play the traditional IIDX way. The freeform IIDX style of playing works fine for the original IIDX charts and that is the style that majority of players use. Wristscratching gets frowned at by some because it takes away that difficulty factor of adjusting your hands towards different patterns. To me IMO I don't see whats wrong with wristscratching on IIDX though, you're free to play whatever style you want

Anyway might as well post a vid here (using KB to play). Really lucky for me, patterns are totally retarded. 4th person to FC on LR2 internet ranking

XD oh shit i just noticed the DJ dao label at the bottom it wasn't that legible. Not to mention the base of the controller is white unlike my PEE.

edit: I am rather curious about whether or not a DJ Ning turntable LED will work with DJ Dao's because DJ ning has rainbow and a color change one. (Their controllers are way to expensive though) Seeing you are only going for a better turntable.

I play with a U.S. controller as well, AND a Super Joy Box Pro 5. Oh the lag.

being torn the sky is an amazing song. Also, I may as well ask my question here, seeing as the few FFR members who also play IIDX frequent this thread.

I want to use my USKOC and Super Joy Box 3 with Lunatic Rave 2. However, none of the computers I tried it on will recognize the device - it doesn't register at all in the Game Controllers place. Two of the computers were Windows 7, the other Windows XP. Even though it's supposedly unnecessary, I tried it with the correct drivers for the system installed - no use. I made sure I plugged the controller into the adapter before plugging in the adapter to the computer. Suggestions?

Your possible problems include the fact that maybe you didn't install the corect drivers for super joy box 3 because i have SJB3 and it works just fine with IIDX. Or you may have to use something called joy 2 padder or something like that but that induces more lag. I would recommend to get something that hooks up directly through USB such as a Desktop Arcade controller or a DJ dao because the lag is pretty much nonexistent

Thanks for the suggestion, but it's definitely not that. And like bmah, I don't feel the need to shell out so much cash for a game. :P
