It's called an embellishment, kinda like a fish story. Yes, there could be someone named Jesus, and yes there are to this day. Exaggerations are added to any ancient story, like the Bible.

Also, if it's so true how was it like back then who_cares? No one from this day is
alive, no first hand accountee is alive to this day.

Yeah, pretty much. You may be taught that it's true and that's what you might think. All it does mean though, it could be exaggerated, and a good chunk of it is.

i'm not sure what he's talking about either, but i *think* his main point is that most things written about so long ago were exaggerated and even today things get exaggerated all the time. it's not unreasonable to think people in ancient times, with a combination of complete ignorance, exaggeration, and many other factors could exaggerate a story to the point where it hardly has any basis in reality anymore.

if you look at ANY ancient culture you find myths and stories that were created in this way. to point to any one of them and say it must be true because it was written by real people is ludicrous.
