Do any of you guys have tips for Music Catch? People from Arcane Coding might know this, but when I lose on it, my temper goes off. So, got any tips? Anyone?

Catch lots of yellow shapes.

Preferably 25 before the music starts getting loud. That'll probably give you a 2,500,000 run or better.

P.S. I'm pissed they only gave it badges now. I'm so sick of that game from omnipwn.

Only about 10 yellows come up before then for me though. How is that possible?

Just keep on trying until you get that many. Probably anything over 15 will get you over 2 million. You just need lots of Yellow early.

Or lots of purples late.

P.S. Got all three hedgehog badges. How do people get into space in 1 day?

Dino Run Guide:

DNA:

You get one DNA for every 8 eggs/critters. Just play Challenge on Medium for a lot of DNA, 40-50. You can get up to 170 eggs which is around 21 DNA in itself, and there are so many critters that you get. 40-50 is easily obtainable.

I would suggest you buy speed, acceleration, etc...in the order it shows top to bottom. Once you max stats, keep building up your DNA. 250 DNA = Super Jump, and 500 DNA = Super Strength. Super Strength helps you so much on the harder insane speed runs.



Eggs Saved:
Ok, 5000 eggs might sound like a lot, but you really do not need to focus on these till the end. I ended my game with almost 6000 eggs without trying. Any level/speedrun is good for finding eggs. I mainly focused on Challenges though. In a challenge, you can get up to 170+ eggs. Medium is the best choice because it will have more eggs than easy, and you will have more time till the doom comes than if you played on hard/insane. You might think challenges take forever, but you also find other animals in the challenges.

Runners Eaten:
This is the same as eggs. Runners are everywhere. I almost ended at 2000, and I did not try at all. So you really should not be worried.

Birds Devoured:
Birds, these are the most annoying things to find. Fortunately for you, I have found a great spot. On level 4 challenge(Hard), you will find a water fall. You can either go through the waterfall or above it. You want to go above it. There you will find 2 white birds, but you will have to be fast for these. I rarely got these birds. There are too many rocks that you cannot catch them fast enough. After that part, you will notice tons of trees. There are tons of birds in those trees. Just keep jumping, and you will get 7-10 each run. You can also find 1-2 birds in level 1. 2 or so in level 2. Level 3 will have a few. Once you get past level 4, just quit. You will not want to waste your time doing 5,6,7 because they take too long, and do not have that many birds.

Lizards Chomped:
There is a level specifically for lizards, Rainin’ Lizards. If you are desperate for lizards, just keep playing this.

Worms Slurped:
This might sound like a pain, but the best way to get worms is through challenges, I played on hard usually. I would get at least 20 in the challenge, and at the end of a hard challenge. You go to the far left, and you will find 5-6 more. Remember that you will go through the challenges anyways for the other stuff. Worms are easy to get. If a worm hides in the ground, and you do not want to wait, just pause the game. He will come out, and you just un-pause.

Fish Gobbled
Just play through challenge level 4. Right after the part with the tons of birds, you will be able to
get 10 fish in a river. This is the best spot in the game. You will also collect 2 from level five.

Dinos Saved
When you save a dino, this just means that you won a speed, or a challenge. When you get all of the gold milestones, you will have this. Do not fret over it.

Dactyl Chain
This is a very tricky milestone. I would just play ‘Ptero Storm’ over and over. They have huge packs of dactyls that it would be hard not to get lucky once. My advice would be to press ‘up’ to release yourself, and guide your dino to whatever dactyl. If you wait for the dactyl to drop you then you will not have any control on where you are dropped.

Boulder Riding
There is one spot on level 3 on challenges medium and up where you decide to either go underground or go above ground. You want to go above ground. You will find a boulder on the top that is barely moving. Just jump on it, and you will want to not move as much. Your dino will stay on by itself usually. If your boulder stops while you are riding it then just stay on it. Your timer will still run as long as you rode on it before it stopped. Very neat trick to use.

Doom Surfing
I would advise you to go to the first speedrun and wait for the doomwall to catch up to you. Once you see a ‘!’ above your head, you can start running. Keep that over your head for 60 seconds. It’s really easy if you play on easy. There is a glitch where you can be in the doomwall, and you pause. Wait a minute then un-pause and start running. Once you get out of the doomwall, it will say 60 second doomsurf even though you paused. xD

Secret Trophy
PixelJam's mascot! He is hiding in Level 6, on the left side of the lava pit/cave after the volcano. Play on medium challenge!

Secret Trophy
Collect all Super Eggs

These levels are referring to the challenges.

T-Rex: Level 3, in the right face of the hill with all the tunnels through it. Remember earlier in this post where I explained the boulder ride? Ride the boulder till you ramp off. You will be on a higher hill, and you will see the egg. If you do not make the boulder ride, then just go through the cave, and once you escape, turn around and go backwards(up).
Giga: Level 2, on a vine at the bottom of the big cliff. **Make sure you are on insane. I have not seen this on any other difficulty.** Also, this is what the cliff it is at the bottom of looks like: Cliff
Magno: Level 6, inside the top-right of the first volcano. Climb the volcano first, then drop in on it.
Iguano: Level 4, inside the hill with the tunnels, above the waterfall.
Alien: Level 5, halfway through the level inside the big meteorite on the ground. You see this a lot in speedruns.
Spino: Level 2, at the bottom of the first big cliff all the way on the left.
Oloro: Level 4, at the end of the underground part, on top of some platforms.
Rinch: Level 3 Underground on a platform. Also in the Planet D Speedrun.
Diplo: Apocalypse, inside the top left of the last volcano. Same as the Magno egg, climb first.
Bronto: Once you beat the Insane Challenge, you will be inside a UFO. Jump on a platform and jump to the egg. It’s gigantic.

If you do not beat the level once you get an egg then you do not get the egg. This is the same for any stat/milestone.

Planet D:
Beat the Insane challenge. You can use cheats! Any or all can be enabled to get this speedrun.

Not bad, I don't know why that's so hard for so many people; I got all the badges in Music Catch in 1 try after they were added. My best brags so far are probably the impossible badges of Dolphin Olympics 2 and DTD 1.5.
