Oh, just you wait, just wait until spring break. You've given me motivation. Now i'm gonna have to make a folder with all easy stuff and beat that :O Like, just Duk heavy songs, maybe throw in some of the easier Toph stuff, easier Skor stuff, and I'll see how long I can combo. you do realize if u beat 10 hours i will beat it... my next attempt is to get the 12 hours but if you hit that i will start planning for 24 hour try... which invloves a funnel a bucket a hose (cuse im gunna have to pee), and a large pot of coffee to keep me up... i would need the families help to bring food to me and keep me entertained with different things but they would be willnig to help at least during the day and when night falls i would be on my own...
this is somethign that i will not easly let someone take form me... this is something i want to be known for. no matter how far someone goes i will go farther... i am willnig to do what it takes to be the very best at thisComment

Yeah.. endless mode is rarely ever talked about.. and if it is I really don't think you'll be brought up.
I'll do 24 hours.. would that shut you up? Or would it compell you to try 26 hours because that would be just plain retarded (and yes I can pull it off).

evil you see i work in landmark numbers.. i would not be 26 hours it would be 36 hours or 48 hours.. you just don;t understand what i will do even in this small community just to get a shread of respect or congrats for an accomplishment that knowone can top... i will do whatever it takes and go however long it takes to be the best.. so go ahead evil do 24 i do 36 and we will both be happy...
EDIT: the main reaosn i wasn't able to puil lthis off was that i wasn't prepared... but the will power was there the entire time... its just the physical aspect... and thats not hard to overcome if u can get over the bordom and the mental stage of "losing it" then yea your clear sailing for however long you can go before your siblings bother you....
EDIT 2: yes but you see when it is talked about i will have the oppurtunity to show my screenshot... as in the last thread on the sm section of this fourm adn i will ahve the satisfaction that i am the best on the fourm and im sure if i did do 36 i would be the top in the world and if im not i would find out what the record is and beat it.. becasue that is how obsicvie i am aobut this endless thing i swear to you i will not let someone beat me if i see an endless longer then mine i will go to noends no matter how long i willl i garentee i WILL beat it ... without question or doubt...Comment

Well, I've been able to play stuff like the DDR Nonstop megamix over and over again (that's 48 minutes of DDR songs per run).
I have the time and ability to do it.. but as for respect, gain it by doing something RESPECTABLE.. wasting your time playing a silly little DDR simulator for like 10 hours straight even to a bemani community is not respectable.. it's just stupid. Nobody would do that.. though it IS an accomplishment and I commend you for that, but if you want respect just try to contribute to the community. Nobody likes an ass..Comment

nobody likes an ass??? what aobut those people who post thier AAAA threads that are a billion times better then everone else at that song adn how deos that contribute o the community how is that not being an ass??? this is exactially what they are doing just a differnet way...
as for my obsive ness fro beating this it is extreme but if someone was passionete aobut a song like nima would be for example... he would try untill he got the AAAA just because he wanted to be the best... that is no different form me... playing endless for 10 hours is as respectrable as a AAAA becasue it takews just as much effort if not more....Comment

The difference between an AAAA and playing for 10 hours is so massive I won't even begin to point out where. That should be obvious, because they are two different playing fields.. playing for 10 hours straight doesn't require as much skill as you probably think it does (hence why I can do 24 hours). AAAA'ing a song is so much harder to do. Depending on the song of course, but let's take Quasar. Let's say you played Quasar 500 times in a row, accumulating a large score. Does that really compare to an AAAA? Obviously if you can't AAAA Quasar but you can play Quasar 500 times in a row, you could probably conclude that playing Quasar 500 times in a row is easier due to the fact that it requires a different skill that most people have, but don't use.
Contributing to the community doesn't mean doing stuff for everyone. I mean just being a regular poster, posting scores and gaining respect like that. I've been here for almost 2 years, and I've been plugging away just being a normal poster and not starting anything up and being too retarded (of course there's always a few times for that), and I've gained respect like that. You just need time. If you're impatient, that's tough beans because it's only going to go the other direction if you keep it up.Comment

i would have to disagree with you on the skill needed to play endless... (if you have gone as long as me you would understand) playing ddr is much different becasue you are moving when you are sitting your body cramps up and so do you hands...
and your right i do not want to become a regular poster by being an ass i have really tiried to be good at something and snice i play one handed i don't really feel that i can post anything worthy of being better then others... what i can A 1 hand others can AAA index or spread its not really a brag for meif others can do better.. i guess thats the way i look at things..
and thats why i feel this way aobut endless... it is somethnig i can do and it is something i have the ability to do i mean i can see how the feilds of playing normally and playing endless are differnet but im just saying that it is still using skill and it is somethign that should not be regarded as pethetic because it is diffecult... and i don't understand all i get it is negative remarks
expect for some poeple and i thnak you for that.. but marjoraty is all negative and i feel that it is still a skill and brag worthy... are you aloud to put down brags??? cuse thats kinda whats going on... i think...

Then time is what you need... if your scores aren't brag worthy.. well, they always are.. if you feel they're good for YOU then post them anyways. Atleast somebody will commend it for being YOUR accomplishment, because that's realistically what it is. Sure it doesn't compare to the majority, but that doesn't mean it isn't your accomplishment. The brag board is here for exactly just that - posting YOUR accomplishments. Don't be discouraged by the skill level of others.. plus there's always a place for one-handers.Comment

Hey, Ive witnessed this guy's 6h one and it was tough. An all nighter in the middle of a convention.. i slept for a couple hours... but it was good to have all the people there kept him up and shit :3
stop hating!! it is kind of... well... its not as "spectacular" or glamourous as a AAAA or something, but really when you sit there and watch it all happen.. its something else. its torture to sit for that long... at least for me XD
