Newbs to SM can still be awesome at it. A friend of mine at school had never played SM, but he is the local king of DDR. He owned me on Quasar playing it the first time. He played index on the arrow keys and I was playing onehanded on WASD so there was no competition to begin with. I B'd it, he AA'd it. Then, after that, he played Quasar again and could have AAA'd it. I'm not sure how many greats he had, but I guarantee it was very very little, probably even SDG. Oh yea and not only that, but he played it on 1x! apparently he always played DDR on 1x so he was king god almighty of reading slow ass BPMs.
That being said, I still think that score is J1. MA is just way too good.

not really afro... take a look at the people who post on aaroninjapan. Almost all the best ddr players in the world post there and they use 1x and all that shit like pickles, jboy, etc. and they SUCK at stepmania and have been playing for a while.Comment
