It's cool you'd like to join, but the moment Halfstep got oni, he was declared D5 and removed from the spreadsheet. I know you have oni already. It's not my decision, but I'm putting that fact out there.

Oh, TSR, I second Angel Island for next round. It's a fun file. Nice long trills with added jumps at the end to screw up on.

Well, I added him just in case. If Doug says that he's too good for D4, then I'm putting Half in because its not fair that fluttershy stays and half goes...but not my word so we'll have to wait.

Oni coupled with a FGO SDG or a few FGO low teens usually mark the break. Low D5 has the speed to score decently on low FGO's. Let's see what Doug says.

Sorry if I steered people wrong earlier, Halfstep had a number of excellent scores about the same time as his oni get.

I'm still D4, I'd like to think, I'm too inconsistent to be D5, like I got Oni on Eternal Drain, which isn't that hard tbh, and I've SDG'ed a few 70s, but I've got some derpy scores on some 50s which annoy me especially as I can't seem to improve them. But yeah, I'd like to join as I was D4 last tourney and expect to be D4 for the upcoming tourney, but yeah it's up to you guys.

No, it was more of a generic too many people thought you were too good/you were D5. Most people seem to like it the current way where more than one person has a decent chance to win each week but almost everyone would probably just give up trying to win a week if you were in it.
